The minimum deposit amount on bd10 via any payment method is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. When processing a deposit, the user must ensure they are transacting from an account registered in their own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

3.3 Payment Verification

bd10 reserves the right to verify any transaction. If a transaction appears suspicious, it may be temporarily held and additional documents may be requested from the user. If fraud or unauthorized transactions are found, the relevant account will be closed immediately.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The bd10 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

bd10 offers multiple promotional bonuses subject to specific conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and expiry period. It is required to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

bd10 takes strict action against any attempt to abuse or misuse bonuses. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, attempting to meet wagering requirements with low-risk bets, or using bonuses through any other dishonest means is prohibited. In such cases, the bonus and any related winnings may be voided and the account may be closed.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless bd10 itself cancels the bet due to a technical error. It is the user's responsibility to verify all information before placing a bet. bd10 is not responsible for bets placed on the basis of incorrect information.

5.2 Odds Changes

bd10 reserves the right to change odds on any market, match, or event at any time. Odds on confirmed bets do not change, but if a match is cancelled or postponed, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, network problem, or any other technical reason, bd10 will review the relevant information and make a decision. In such situations, bd10's decision will be considered final.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd10 platform:

• Accessing or using another person's account
• Conducting any form of fraud or deceptive activity
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Assisting in match-fixing or any form of event manipulation
• Claiming bonuses or promotional benefits through multiple accounts at the same time

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed and all balances forfeited, and legal action may be taken.
